I was surprised to see you say in The Crack of Dawn #572 that The Red Shoes (1948) is not one of your favorite movies. I recall it was in your Favorite Films list back when that was on your website. By the way, I saved a copy of that list on my computer and have been slowly working my way through it over the years. Discovered many good and great pictures through it, so thank you for that.

What are your thoughts on The Red Shoes? While it isn’t as wonderful as Black Narcissus (1947), I would argue it’s still a great film.
